We consider the preservation of the historical ambiance of the memorable sites of the world history both necessary and benefitial. At the same time we wish the Belgian battlefield and all those who commemorate the famous historical event that influenced the entire Europe to have the protected area more efficient and purposeful than the one at Austerlitz. At Austerlitz the boundaries of the protected area lead often in the middle of the streets.  The authorities rigorously watch all details of any construction activity on one side of the street, while everything is allowed on the other side. The area was not valid for the army that placed, for our protection, the radar on the Pratzen heights, marking now the memorable place from far and near. The area is threatened by plans to lead a huge railway corridor and another highway through it.
