We would like to thank all participants of the Austerlitz 2017 event for their discipline, patience and passion. We also thank all who supported the event, which was the 20th Austerlitz event held within the Project Austerlitz since 1998.
At Austerlitz the Emperor Napoleon is portrayed by Mark Schneider, presetn at Austerlitz in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. He has also been Napoleon at many other important re-enactment events like Waterloo (Plancenoit) 2005–2010, Jena 2006 and 2011, Erfurt 2007, Sarzana 2011, Borodino 2012, Rueil-Malmaison 2012, 2014, 2017 and others.
You can buy your tickets for tribune for the Austerlitz 2017 event’s battle re-enactment. The entrance is free except for the tribune.
The commemorative event dedicated to the 212th anniversary of the battle of Austerlitz will be held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd december 2017. The main points of program will be the saturday battle re-enactement under the Santon hill (14:00), with approx. 1000 participants in uniforms, 60 horses and 15 cannons, and the sunday act of piety at the Peace monument, the place of the hardest fight of the battle of Austerlitz (12:00).

The Project Austerlitz, the Central European Napoleonic Society and the commune of Prace organize, with support of the South-Moravian region at the occasion of the 248th anniversary of Napoleon Bonaparte the Napoleonic Days 2017 held on the battlefield of Austerlitz on the 11th-13th august.

About 150 napoleonic re-enactors will take part at the event that will offer the visitors a unique possibility to see the military life in the early 19th century; the event is held as a main preparation of the CENS troops for the events of Austerlitz 2017. Valtice were the main family residence of the Liechtenstein, active and important participants of the napoleonic wars.
