The place where the Stříbrné Koule Pub used to be located at the crossroads between Šaratice Těšany, Otnice, and Újezd is better known today as Kandyja. The name Silver Ball originates from the time of the Napoleonic Wars, when a ball was fired there from Pratecký Hill. There is a legend about an outlaw, Grázl, which relates to this site.
